How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order is confirmed and processed, you can track it via your “account” section or through the tracking link we’ll email you when your purchase ships. You’ll also receive an update directly from our courier by email or SMS with your tracking number. If you need any help, our support team is just an email away at care@thebitchn.com

I haven’t received my order

First, check your order status in the Account section or in your shipping confirmation email, which includes your tracking number. If you still can’t locate your order, contact us at care@thebitchn.com
with your order number and we’ll assist you.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at care@thebitchn.com with your order details, during our service hours (Mon–Fri: 9 a.m.–7 p.m. | Sat–Sun: 9 a.m.–1 p.m. IST). Please note that cancellations are not possible during sales, holidays, or once your order is processed

I haven’t received my confirmation email

First, check your spam or promotions folder and verify that your email address was entered correctly at checkout. If your payment was not completed, the order will not appear. You can also review your order history in your account. Still no confirmation? Contact us at care@thebitchn.com
And we’ll assist you right away.

I received an incorrect item

Please take clear photos of the product and its label, then email us at care@thebitchn.com
with the images and your order number. Our team will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

I have received a defective garment

Please take clear photos of the defect, the garment label, and the packaging (if damaged), then email them with your order number to care@thebitchn.com.
Our team will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.

I have received my order incomplete

Please take clear photos of the package and the items you received, then email us at care@thebitchn.com
with the images, your order number, and details of the missing product(s). Our team will review and resolve the issue promptly.

How can I change the address on my order?

You may request an address change within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing us at care@thebitchn.com
with your order details, during our service hours (Mon–Fri: 9 a.m.–7 p.m. IST | Sat–Sun: 9 a.m.–1 p.m. IST). Please note that during sales, holidays, or peak periods, address changes may not be possible.

If more than 1 hour has passed or your order has already shipped, you will need to contact the courier directly to check if rerouting is possible.

My discount code doesn’t work, or I haven’t received it

First, ensure the code is entered correctly (without extra spaces) and verify if it has an expiry date, a minimum purchase requirement, or exclusions. Try applying it again at checkout, or switch to another browser/device. If you haven’t received the code, please also check your spam or promotions folder, as emails can sometimes land there.
