Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges 

-Items must be returned or exchanged within 5 days of the delivery date.

-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

-Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, custom-made pieces, and undergarments are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return & Exchange Process

1. Initiate Return or Exchange:

Website Portal: Log in to your account on our website, navigate to the ‘Orders’ section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange. Follow the on-screen instructions to generate a return/exchange request.

Email: Alternatively, you can email us at info@thebitchn.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for return/exchange.

2. Approval and Shipping:

Upon approval, you will receive an email with return shipping instructions. Please pack the item(s) securely and use the provided shipping label. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

3. Quality Check:

Once we receive your returned item(s), they will undergo a quality check. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

4. Refund Process:

Upon successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be processed, minus a standard return handling fee of ₹150 and return shipping charges. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Policy Process

If you requested an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item has passed the quality check. Standard shipping charges may apply.
