SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
We strive to process and fulfill all orders within 7 working days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping
Currently, we offer shipping across India. Please allow 4-8 business days for delivery. Ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid any delivery issues. We cannot be held responsible for delays or mis deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Future International Shipping
We are excited to announce that we will soon be expanding our shipping services worldwide. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping availability.
Delivery Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number to monitor your shipment. All deliveries are recorded and traceable.
Shipping Delays
We aim to meet our delivery estimates, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by logistics companies, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Sale Items: Products purchased on sale are final and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
Postage Costs: Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with issues reported after this period.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails and your shipment is sent to a local collection point, it is your responsibility to pick it up within the specified timeframe. We can attempt redelivery for an additional fee if the initial collection window expires, but we cannot be held responsible for failed redelivery attempts.
Cancellations and Amendments
Orders can be canceled or amended within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us via our Contact Us page to cancel/amend your order. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled/amended as processing will have commenced.
